Shahin
Bakhradnia is the grand daughter
of a renown Yazdi priest/poet of 19th century. She grew up in England, and
has published and lectured on Zoroastrianism. In recent years Shahin has
started the Pourchista Foundation in Yazd for young Zoroastrians to enable
them to earn a living. In her daily life, Shahin teaches and interprets
for the immigration appellate, and is a legal consultant for a tour
operator and sits as a magistrate in Oxfordshire, UK.
